I went for a walk through the peaceful Satoyama (countryside) and historical temples of Midori-ku, Yokohama. Starting from Nagatsuta Station on the JR and Tokyu lines, this walk takes us through the lush Niiharu Civic Forest to Kamoi Station. Along the way, we explore the unique charms of Midori-ku, including the quiet precincts of shrines and temples, Mt. Takao with its refreshing breeze, and the hidden gem, "Kirifuki-no-Taki" waterfall.
