I started at Niigata City Hall, walked through the Hakusan area of ​​Chuo Ward, Niigata City, and then passed Hakusanura Arimayu, AEON Style, and Dia Palace, then walked through the backstreets. I walked a little way from Kagamibuchi Elementary School toward Hakusan Station, then back down another street. I didn't know there was a new abura soba restaurant near Niigata Commercial High School, and next to it was the Hakusan Morning Market. It seems there's an event called "Plant Heaven" being held today and tomorrow.
