Hello! ◕‿◕ ►Welcome back with the third video in the "How to Improve Your Flexibility in 10 Minutes for Beginners" series! Perhaps a little more complex with the addition of balance work? You be the judge ☺ If you're a novice, a beginner, or as stiff as a board... this is for you! Gentle, effortless stretches to help you progress. This video can be done in the morning upon waking, after a workout (to minimize muscle soreness), or at any time of day to work on your flexibility or simply to take a moment to relax, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself. I recommend doing these stretches no more than once a day if you want to progress faster :) Of course, you need to practice regularly to see great results, so be patient and stay determined.
