Ford 300 4.9 inline 6 Towing A Small Mobile Home
An old video I never uploaded of us moving a small mobile home to my buddies shop. The truck is a 1990 Ford F-250 with a fuel injected 4.9 inline 6. It is a 5 speed manual. Not sure if it’s technically a Granny gear transmission but the first gear is fairly low. Bought it not running and after replacing a lot of sensors and finally replacing the computer and throttle body, she runs like a top! Not sure of the weight of the mobile home but I have pulled 7000 pounds of rock in a dump trailer with this truck (maybe around 8500 pounds total counting the dump trailer).
