#ChickenTikka #AirFryer #RostedChicken #chickentikka #chicken #chickenrecipe #chickentikkakabab #chickenkabab #chickenkabsarecipe Delicious Chicken Tikka in Air Fryer | Chicken Roast | Tandoori Chicken | #EktasKitchen ***************************** CHAPTERS 0:24 First Marination Preparation 1:06 Second Marination Preparation 4:24 Air Fryer Time & Temperature Setting ************************** Ingredients: ************************* 1 kg chicken breasts 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste salt as per taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup hung curd 1 and 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 and 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp crushed kasoori methi 2 tbsp oil pinch of red food colour ********************************* Method Take 1 kg chicken breasts washed and cut, add 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste, 2 teaspoon salt,1 tablespoon lemon, mix well. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then take 1 cup hung curd in a bowl, add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon garam masala,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 and 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder,1/2 tbsp crushed kasoori methi,1/2 teaspoon salt,2 tablespoon oil,pnch of red food colour (optional),mix well to prepare smooth paste. Take out the previously marinated chicken and mix in the paste. Then Cover and keep in refrigerator for 3 hours .After 3 hours, take out and mix well once again. Then put one by one in skewer. Place this in Airfryer stand and then in preheated air fryer. You can put parchment paper to easily clear ingredients leak. cook for 20 minutes in cosori air fryer. After 5 minutes stop and apply olive oil. It will be ready in 18 to 20 minutes.
