Crank Position Sensor Replacement on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix DIY
In an effort to find what was causing my Grand Prix to having intermittent low RPM/Stalling issues, next on the sensor list is the Crank Position Sensor. This video shows how to take it out, by removing the harmonic balancer replace it, and reinstall. All for the Series II NA 3800 engine by GM for all W and H body cars. Unfortunately, by the time of posting this video, it did not solve the problem. It actually was a bad mass air flow sensor, so there will be a video for that coming soon as parts arrive. Meanwhile, I just drive it with the MAF sensor unplugged.
