Utah governor notes death penalty still legal in stern warning over Kirk’s death
Law enforcement is currently interviewing a person of interest in custody, according to Utah Gov. Spencer Cox. At a news conference he said officials are “actively looking for anyone and everyone who has any, any possible information relating to the shooting.” Utah Gov.
