Kelupis Sabah, ringkas tapi sedap / Sabah Kelupis, simple yet delicious Best eaten with delicious peanut sauce or chicken rendang (watch my peanut sauce recipe now). Sedap dimakan bersama kuah kacang atau rendang (lihat resipi kuah kacang saya). Ingredients / Bahan-bahan: 3 cups glutinous rice (soaked in water for 1 hour) / beras pulut (rendam sejam) 1 pack coconut milk (200ml) / santan 3 cups water / air 1/2 teaspoon salt / garam 1 knotted screwpine (pandan) leaf / daun pandan Cut and withered 12cm x 25cm banana leaves / daun pisang Sharp toothpick Method: 1. Pour the whole pack of coconut milk, 3 cups of water and the pandan leaf in the saucepan. Let it simmer lightly. 2. Add in the soaked glutinious rice and salt. 3. Medium fire, keep stirring, till it dries up, making sure the bottom doesn’t burn. 4. Put aside to cool down. 5. Cut, clean and soften the leaves over a flame. 6. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon of the rice onto the leaf and wrap as shown in the video. 7. Arrange in the steamer and steam for around 30-45minutes. Cara-cara: 1. Masukkan satu kotak santan, 3 cawan air dan daun pandan ke dalam periuk. Reneh seketika. 2. Masukkan beras pulut yang telah direndam dan garam. 3. Teruskan mengacau dengan api sederhana sehingga kering, pastikan nasi tidak hangus. 4. Biarkan sejuk. 5. Potong, bersihkan dan lembutkan daun pisang menggunakan api. 6. Letakkan 1 1/2 sudu nasi atas daun pisang dan lipat seperti dalam video. 7. Susun dalam pengukus dan kukus selama 30-45 minit.
