Game Store Messed Up! Where Is My Collector Booster?

Pre-ordering is the art of paying for an item before its release date, to ensure you will receive the product once released. It was then a big surprise when I went to my local game store to pick up my Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Booster, and they told me they accidentally gave it to someone else, and the item was now out of stock!
