In this video, we show the reality that many prefer to ignore: the pickpocket gangs that operate every day in downtown Madrid. Accompanied by Patrulla Madrid, we took to the streets to document how these organized groups operate, how they choose their victims, and what happens when you confront them. During the recording, we encountered several pickpockets and even suffered assaults, highlighting the impunity with which they operate and the lack of protection against this type of crime. This report does not seek to create fear, but rather to raise awareness.
