First Look Aventon Pace 5 REC E-Bike New Model Release

Aventon has just released an updated version of their very popular comfort style Pace E bike. This is the new Aventon Pace 5 REC model, which has a lot of technology built into it, including connection to the Apple Watch and Aventon‘s app, and also regenerative braking, and a digitally controlled rear wheel lock to prevent theft. All of this comes in a very comfortable and easy to use beach cruiser package, the Aventon Pace 5 REC. This is a class 2 e-bike, which means it has a throttle and a top speed of 20 mph. It has torque sensing pedal assist and a Shimano gearshifting system that is chain driven, with a rear hub motor that is 36 volt and 750 watts and delivers 96 Newton meters of torque.
