How to make a Traditional Mead, that just means minimal additions. Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey. This mead is intended to end dry, which simplifies the process a LOT. We do use some orange zest and black tea, but those are largely tannin and acid additions. It's all about the honey.
