When you first load the software, an option is available to select one for your printer. If however you need to access this list again, you can simply go to: Help Configuration Assistant and then select your printer. When I have time, I will be uploading my own flavour of FFF Profiles for my range of printers so you can set up yours exactly as I have mine, but for now, S3D's profiles are a great starting point.
