We are in Rome in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, in front of the Ara Pacis, a stone's throw from Via Condotti, just behind the Lego Store and the Ferrari Store to understand each other better. Gino Sorbillo needs no introduction, the third generation of great pizza chefs, his grandparents founded the first historic pizzeria in Via dei Tribunali in Naples in 1935 and he made a decisive contribution in enhancing the excellence of Neapolitan pizza in the world. It is important to remember that Neapolitan pizza and the art of its pizza makers have recently been recognized as a "World Heritage Site" also thanks to him. The pizza we find here is spectacular, thanks also to the quality of the ingredients and the organic flours, a true Italian excellence. The prices are obviously higher than Naples but in my opinion they are absolutely reasonable considering the location, I have in fact indicated some of them during the video. In short, an unmissable place in Rome.
