Today I'm opening the kitchen: this is my nightly dinner. Flaxseed bread, avocado, egg omelet, extra virgin olive oil, and nuts. A dish built ingredient by ingredient with a pharmaceutical approach: stable glucose, controlled inflammation, protected muscle, and a relaxed nervous system for sleep. In this video, I'm opening the doors of my kitchen to show you my most common dinner. It's not a restaurant recipe; it's a metabolic strategy.
