I though this was going to be the HP Loss version like last patch but it's hit-count '-' Disable HoRb QTE for this run. WoP's needs to stay on to use enhanced Combo ATK. At the start, use HoRb's Weapon Skill 2x at the second warning buzz and swap to WoP right after. Then, do Combo ATK → ULT and swap to SW. Now, if you don't have Youyun, this next part is a bit clunky in terms of AR timings. With her, Mirage Impact → ULT → Mirage Impact should be enough to get you to 10 Surplus points. Without her, you'll need to stall a bit with 2x Basic SEQ 1–3 in-between ULT and 2nd Mirage Impact and an additional Weapon Skill connecting to SEQ 3 after that. One thing you'll have to be aware of for this run is the boss' positioning. You'll want to make sure the boss ends up as close to the middle of the arena by the time it kneels down (1:00), otherwise it'll take longer for it to start it's finisher attack at the end, as it'll have to walk all the way to the center. Time Fractures are your friend for this; make sure to use your Mirage Impacts as early as possible to minimize boss movement. If it moves too far away, either reset or try to position yourself in a way such that the boss dashes / TPs to the center (0:43). Another thing is that the boss has certain attacks that can mess up your DMG. In one of them, the boss disappears away to Imaginary Space and comes back after 1–2s; any attacks you do in the meantime won't be able to hit it. Another one is it's dash attack: if the boss crosses over your Scatter Barrier, your projectiles won't go through it, which cuts down on your DMG (see: Kalpas abyss earlier this month) After the Surplus resonance procs, do Mirage Impact → ULT → Mirage Impact before entering SO. In my case, the SW → WoP → HoRb SO swap order is forced, otherwise SW Mirage Impact → Finisher ULT at 1:31 doesn't deplete the HP bar. This is likely due to the boss' Physical RES reducing HoRb's DMG. If you're using the same valk switch order as me, you'll have to quickly QTE-swap to WoP right after SO, otherwise SW's switch CD won't come back up in time by going straight to HoRb. (WoP has a character skill that reduces switch CDs) Then, swap to HoRb and wait for the clock attack to start. Quickly do 2x Weapon Skill and swap to SW to use Weapon Skill → SEQ 3 connect. If you time it right, you should be able to destroy the hit shield w/ SEQ 3's small hits and have the big hit then finish off the boss. This should be faster than trying to time your Mirage Impact correctly but take this with a grain of salt, as i didn't test it that much.
