Teaching you my favorite riff on the CP88 Rhodes
► Website: https://woodypianoshack.com ► Podcast: / woodypianoshack Piano lesson where I show you how to play my favorite riff, whilst at the same time demonstrating all of the Fender Rhodes sounds on the Yamaha CP73 and Yamaha CP88 stage piano and some of the effects. The riff is based on Steppin' by Soulive from the Album Turn It Out, which in turn is based on Rain Dance by Jeff Lorber Fusion. We cover 2-5-1 chord progression in major and minor key and I'll show you some nice voicings to use and give you some soloing and comping ideas.
