100c Steel Bore Motorized Bicycle Build + First Start

So many of you know on the forum. A guy has been pestering me non stop for the Ethanol Build I have been Building over last few months. So I dropped a stupid Number for a price and he asked when Can I pick it up......... LOL The SOB came all way from Massachusetts to pick the engine up cash in hand! So it is now gone! --------------------------------------------------------------- So I have been looking for a new project. I hear many say how they like the Steel bore kits. Few mentioned this kit to me. So I purchased it just to see what comes and so forth. I did not port this motor at all! everything is Factory porting. I did clean up the steel sleeve sections that where cut poorly around the intakes and exhaust just so they matched up. I will be using a Dio Reed and a Custom cut window in my piston Along with a PZ20 carb for this build. to be fear cause most ask. 89.7cc. 9.4cc head volume. so yes not a true 100cc. --------------------------------------------------------------- Down the road after it rides some. I plan on porting this motor and such after I get a feel for how it runs.
