Restoring my 2003 Jaguar S-Type 4.2 V8 Sport. On day 56 of this rebuild (November 29, 2020), after detaching brake disc & caliper and the steering link, I manage to remove all the right-hand front suspension components (upper control arm, front & rear lower control arms, gas strut and spring assembly) from the car. 🔔 Every day I´m working on this restoration is summarized in a separate video. In 2013, some expensive repairs would have been necessary to pass the annual inspection mandatory here in Austria. The time had come on August 31, 2019. After my S-Type had been abandoned for over 6 years, I rented a garage and ever since try to work at least once a week on this car restoration project. The disassembly/ rebuild is done by myself without any professional support. To sort of proof that a "paper pusher" (as I am) can achieve this alone, I decided against just uploading a compilation of the most exciting moments or interim results, but instead try to get the whole process on camera, although using time lapse to keep it more or less endurable for you, my viewers.
