Mangsho Pitha Today's delicious recipe is, one of the favourite traditional pitha of Tangail which is made from Beef, Mangsho Pitha. This cake is also known as Murog (Rooster) Singara or Mangsho Somucha. After the Eid of Kurbani, Mangho Pitha is widely available in the houses of the villages. This has always been my favourite Pitha and I am so happy to share this with you all. ---------------- Ingredients --------------- ------For Filling---------: Meat Boiling-----: Meat 500 gm Water 1/2 liter Garlic 1/2 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp Chilli 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tea sp Cumin powder 1 tea sp Coriander 1 tea sp Salt 1/2 tsp Meat Stir Fry-----: Chopped Onion 1 and 1/2 cup Salt 1/3 tea sp 2 bay leaf 2 or 3 Cardamom 1 Cinnamon Green chilli 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tea sp Black pepper 1/2 tea sp Garam Massala 1/2 tea sp ---------For Dough---------- Rice Flour 1 and 1/2 cup Water 1 and 3/4 cup Salt 1/2 tea sp Turmeric 1/2 tea sp মাংস পিঠা । মোরগ সিঙ্গারা টাঙ্গাইলের ঐতিহ্যবাহী পিঠাগুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম পিঠা হল গরুর মাংস দিয়ে তৈরি মাংস পিঠা (মাংস সমুচা )। এই পিঠা মোরগ সিঙ্গারা নামেও পরিচিত । কোরবানির ঈদের পর গ্রামের ঘরে ঘরে মাংস পিঠার আয়োজন থাকে। আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম আমার এই প্রিয় পিঠা তৈরির রেসিপি। পুর তৈরিতে যা যা লাগছে : গরুর মাংস আদা বাটা, রসুন বাটা, জিরা বাটা হলুদ গুরা, মরিচ গুরা এলাচ, দারচিনি লবণ পানি ( সিদ্ধ করার জন্যে) চালের গুরির কাই তৈরি : চালের গুরা লবণ তেল পানি ........................................
