Some of you have expressed an interest in hearing my organ playing. At yesterday's practice session I recorded three pieces. Godhead Here in Hiding” performed on church organ — the English hymn version of St. Thomas Aquinas’s 13th-century Eucharistic hymn “Adoro Te Devote,” translated by Gerard Manley Hopkins. One of five hymns Aquinas wrote for Corpus Christi, this setting is a favourite for Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction.
