Workshop: Geographical data visualisation of UK Census data

A table of numbers is not always the best way to present census data, often we want to visualise information in some way to help people see patterns quickly. This free online workshop, organised by the UK Data Service, will focus on the use of freely available visualisation tools to create geographical visualisations of census data from the UK Data Service, with an emphasis on the free and open-source cross-platform QGIS GIS application that supports viewing, editing and analysis of geospatial data.
