Five years ago, I left the French Riviera and now live in a tiny wooden house with Adrien and our two children in the forest near Nice. Far Breton recipe: 200g flour 200g sugar 4 eggs 500ml milk 50g salted butter Mix the flour and sugar. Add the eggs until you have a creamy texture, then slowly add the milk. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F), then melt the butter in the baking dish until golden brown. Reduce the temperature to 210°C (410°F), pour the batter into the dish with the butter.
