Devizes is dying. Whats going on?

I agree it is. Im not saying that I dont love Devizes - I do... infact if I didn't I wouldnt be making this video. What I am trying to do is to create a debate and get opinions on is why Devizes has so many Charity shops and shops that are closing and staying closed. That cant be a good thing for Devizes or the general look and feel of a town that wants to appear to look vibrant. This is the point of this video is to get people talking on whats perhaps needing to be done - like lowering rents or making things easier in Devizes for businesses to start up. I have been told by hundreds of people that they think Devizes has problems and is needing a boost. I dont want to offend people by implying Devizes is bad. I love the town... just its starting to show some freying at the edges, thats all.
