Insert or remove the primary mixture screw until maximum RPM is reached. Velocity a couple of times, and adjust the idle speed screw to 900 +- 100 Insert the primary screw until the idle speed drops to 50 rpm. Outsert the primary screw by 3/4 of a turn. Set the idle speed screw to 900 +- 100 rpm. I couldn't find the factory idle speed of the primary screw in the manual.
