Alexander Scriabin - Piano Sonata No. 7 "White Mass" (Synthesia)

Synthesia piano visualisation of Alexander Scriabin's 7th piano sonata subtitled "White Mass". Written in 1911, this sonata is one of Scriabin's late period, and is highly chromatic and atonal. Out of all of Scriabin's sonatas, the most similar and best connected are the sixth and seventh. Scriabin viewed the sixth sonata as dark and demonic, and saw this work, the seventh sonata, as a sort of exorcism against that darkness.
