In this video I test the new CO2 thermostatic expansion valve from @DanfossClimate with the CR200 unit from @PanasonicAirCon. On the program: ➡️ Nozzle selection with Coolselector software ➡️ Pumping visualization ➡️ feeding the regulator with supercritical CO2 From this test, I could see that the CO2 expansion valve valve is perfectly suited for transcritical CO2 installations. When you go out of its operating range it reacts correctly by adapting its superheat. This simple and basic solution has proven its reliability for many years.
