He performed many chamber music pieces during his undergraduate years and went on to graduate school, majoring in chamber music. He participated in the International String Competition 2021-Wieniawski Edition as a duo with a viola player, winning first place in the Professional Category and the Sonata Award. In February 2023, he performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Romantic Music Research Society "ROMUVE" Orchestra. He formed the musical duo "Ocha Karu" with his university classmates in 2021 and will perform until November 2023. Currently, in addition to performing and teaching piano, he is active in conveying the charm of music and the joy of playing the piano through his YouTube channel "Piano Oniisan Arai" and his social media activities on Instagram.
