what I *realistically* eat in a week as a busy student | the comfort meals I cooked lately

here is my realistic week of meals as a student during some busy and low-energy days lately:)) basically a mix of cooking when I had the energy, reheating leftovers, ordering food once in a while, and just trying to make everyday life feel a little softer through small routines and comforting meals:) 00:00 intro 00:46 day 1: pancakes, homemade miso ramen & matcha 02:25 day 2: leftover ramen, tea & a simple salad 03:57 day 3: banana yogurt bowls & vegan udon 05:06 day 4: café breakfast, mochi ice cream & homemade gyoza 06:22 day 5: pasta, pastries & instant noodles 07:14 day 6: fish sandwiches, matcha & mushroom soup 08:55 day 7: mango yogurt, gnocchi & truffle pizza
