Many know Xela… but few have seen the heart that drives the city. On this 11th Trip, we explored markets brimming with stories, hard work, culture, and incredible people. Starting at 6:00 a.m., we began this adventure visiting the wholesale market, Minerva, La Democracia, the municipal shopping center, Las Flores, and Trigales. We ate, chatted, interviewed people, greeted mothers, and discovered something special in every aisle. Because markets… don't just sell products.
