Ethiopian Airlines Business Class Review - Best in Africa?

It was my first time to fly with Ethiopian Airlines and I'm glad I've tried flying with them on business class. The airline utilized Boeing 787-8 for the 6-hour journey from Accra to Addis Ababa. Some say that the 2-2-2 business class seats in this aircraft are nicely configured, but are they really the best in Africa?
