Akan Rampung Akhir 2026! Bendungan Jragung Siap Mengairi Ribuan Hektare Lahan Pertanian
The Jragung Dam, located in Semarang Regency, Central Java, is a National Strategic Project (PSN) built to strengthen food and water security in Central Java. Located in Candirejo Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, this dam impounds the Jragung River and is projected to positively impact three regions: Semarang, Demak, and Grobogan Regencies. With a capacity of approximately 90 million cubic meters, the dam will irrigate 4,528 hectares of rice fields and provide 1 m3/s of raw water. Furthermore, the Jragung Dam will reduce flooding by up to 208 m3/s and generate 1,400 kW of micro-hydro power. It is hoped that the local economy will thrive thanks to the natural tourism potential around the dam area. #project #construction #semarang #centraljawa #jateng #2026 #gadingmediautama
