Knees. They are super weird, complicated joints that handle a deceivingly simple job… They just bend. Yet in the sport of motocross, there are about a hundred and one different ways that they can be bent, hyperextended, twisted, wrenched, reversed, and impacted, which can leave a rider with permanent injury. Whether or not you think knee braces do what they are supposed to is a whole different debate.
