Schickler Fluorite Occurrence
This was my first visit to the Schickler Fluorite Occurrence—and wow, the mosquitoes were relentless! If you’ve seen my previous videos, you know I can usually tough it out when it comes to mosquitoes, blackflies, deer flies, you name it. But today? They won. I lasted just 90 minutes before I had to call it quits and retreat. That said, I will be back. The site shows promise—there are plenty of small fluorite samples right on the surface, and I have a hunch that with some serious digging, this spot could really deliver something special. I even managed to find a piece dotted with fluorite that had a cool little Titanite crystal nestled in it—definitely a promising sign!
