They promise to leave you tanned, bronzed and glowing but could the latest tanning trend - nasal tanning sprays - be riddled with dangers? Following stark warnings by Trading Standards, we need to be aware of the potentially deadly side effects, including the risk of skin cancer. Former model and beauty queen Jen Atkins says she was left with permanent skin damage after using an unlicensed spray.
