I believe that 90% of wine drinkers in Thailand drink wine without knowing how to properly drink it. Me too :) Today, we're going to find the answer to the question: How to properly drink wine. I can confidently say that my experience is considerable, but my knowledge of wine is extremely limited. I've drunk a lot of wine, but I've never experienced its true flavor. So, we decided to find a place to study wine, and we chose APBA. Because APBA teaches from the basics to the advanced level. The basics of wine include how to hold a glass, observing flavors in various dimensions, and the history of wine, from vineyards, varieties, growing methods, harvesting methods, and aging. These are all factors that contribute to the different flavors of wine. As for more advanced classes, APBA teaches from WSET Level 1 up to Level 4. Those who study at this advanced level may find employment, such as selecting wine for customers in restaurants, or even taking the wine tasting instructor exam. For those of you who are interested, just the first level is more than enough. APBA offers wine tasting classes for the general public for 3,900 baht, which I think is a great value. The wines we drink in this class cost thousands of baht. In addition to tasting wine, you'll also gain a wealth of knowledge to take home. They also teach more than just wine. They also teach other alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic beverages like coffee.
