Twisting the spine is one of the most natural ways to support mobility, circulation, and internal balance. It helps release tension held along the back while encouraging fresh flow through the body. In this practice, we also bring attention to the **liver meridian**, often associated with the smooth flow of energy and emotions. When this pathway feels restricted, the body may experience stiffness, irritability, or a sense of being “stuck.” Through gentle, rhythmic twisting, you help the body release what it no longer needs to hold.
