Honestly, I poured my heart out a bit in this video… Because the experience of someone observing this job from the outside is not the same as the experience of someone carrying the burden. Sometimes the person you send doesn't like the job they go to. Sometimes the employer doesn't like the person you send. Sometimes promises aren't kept. Sometimes circumstances change. And at the end of the day, everyone turns and looks at you… Yes, I enjoy doing this job. Yes, touching people's lives is a wonderful thing. But sometimes it's impossible to control everything. Because life doesn't always go exactly as we plan. So, when going to Germany or another country, my friends need to understand this: You can't just act with Plan A. Sometimes you need to know how to be patient, sometimes how to adapt, and sometimes how to find your own solution. Nobody is a magic wand. We are doing our best here, but the person also needs to stay strong during the process. This video is also a bit about the unseen side of the job… It talks about the psychological burden, the stress, the responsibility.
