Sorry if there is any sound issues On September 28, 1998, 24 hours prior to the events of Resident Evil 2, former Special Tactics And Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) member Jill Valentine attempts to escape from Raccoon City. Most of the population has been transformed into zombies by an outbreak of the T-virus, the gruesome biological weapon secretly developed by the pharmaceutical company Umbrella Corporation. Not long after Jill and other surviving members of S.T.A.R.S. made it back to Raccoon City, they requested a full scale investigaton but Chief Irons denied their request, but Jill and the others did their own investigation in Umbrella activities but the dastardly Irons would do whatever he could to stall their investigation and hide evidence. With no support from the government Chris left alone to Europe, Barry reclocated his family to Canada. Jill left the city for a short period till returning since she felt there was something in Raccoon City worth investigating. Not long after her investigation would be ruined due to the T virus infecting the City's water supply that would spread by rats, causing most of the population to turn into zombies . Jill was imprisioned and under survailance ordered by Chief Irons (She was also suspended as well Brad managed to slip a note in a Pizza she ordered asking if Jill was mad at him for not saying anything about what happened at the Spencer Mansion/ and siding with Chief Irons since he feared losing his job) , by September 27th she was thinking on suicide, she changed her mind and fled her apartment onto the zombie infested streets of Raccoon City and make her last escape.
