YES! But!!! You'll have a bad time unless you cut your cards to be the exact diameter of the face of the button you're creating. Unless you have a photo machine or a machine made specifically to accommodate very thick paper stock, you'll likely have a high failure rate. But a crafty tip when your paper is thick: cut your circles too small, so that the graphic just sits on the face of the button and is held in place by the mylar.
