Caminhos de Brasília (1958)

Newsreel produced by the National Agency about the construction of the Rio-Brasília highway, as a continuation of the Rio-Belo Horizonte road. The video travels along the road and shows the road opening works and scenes of the cities along the road. Besides the capital of Minas Gerais, we can see Pedro Leopoldo (MG), Sete Lagoas (MG), Paraopeba (MG), Três Marias (MG), João Pinheiro (MG), Cristalina (GO), Luizânia (GO) and the first buildings of Brasília (DF).
