3 Homemade Cheese Spread I How to make Cheese Spread I घर पर बनाये चीज़ स्प्रेड I Pankaj Bhadouria Ever tried making cheese spread at home? Today I am going to share with you how to make cheese spread at home very easily. And not just one or 2, but 3 homemade cheese spreads. Once you know how to make cheese spread, you can make many more flavours of cheese spread as you like. These 3 homemade cheese spreads are plain cheese spread, jalapeno cheese spread, and chilli flake cheese spread. You can use any milk to make this homemade cheese spread, but use full fat milk to get a nice smooth texture to your cheese spread. There is a secret ingredient that works wonder in creating this cheese. spread, that has a taste and texture exactly like the readymade cheese spread. And this Wonder ingredient is sodium citrate solution. This sodium citrate solution is nothing but the regular Eno fruit salt that we use at home for digestive problems! Your finger should be able to tolerate the temperature of the milk. Dilute the lemon juice or vinegar in half cup water and add to the milk a tablespoon at a time till the milk begins to cuddle. Once the milk is completely curdled, Collect the cheese on one side and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Strain the cheese with the cheese cloth and wash well with water to Remove any acidic tones in the cheese. Squeeze out all the extra moisture from the cheese. To prepare the sodium citrate solution, empty 2 packets of fruit salt in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water. Mix well and allow to rest for 5 minutes or till all the bubbling stops completely and you have a clear liquid ready with you. Take a blender jar and crumble the cheese into the jar. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend well till you have a smooth paste ready. You may have to stop and scrape the size of the blender jar twice or thrice to get a smooth paste. Now remove the cheese blend to a pan and put to heat over the lowest heat possible on your Gas burner. Heat the cheese for 3 to 4 minutes till it is Luke warm and starts collecting together and acquires a glossy appearance. Divide the cheese into 3 parts. Add the chilli flakes to one part, to the other add the chopped jalapenos and mix well. Set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours till it sets.
