[Breakfast Club] 중독되는 바게트! 작지만 빛나는 빵집 효창동 베이커리 무이

When it comes to bread in Seoul, 브클서울 (Breakfast Club Seoul) knows best! :) I’m a self-proclaimed bread lover, and lately I’ve been obsessed with a small bakery in Hyochang-dong called Bakery Mui. They actually won 3rd place for baguettes at the 2024 Baguette & Croissant Championship! I had to check it out, and wow—the baguettes are amazing, but all their other breads are delicious too. They have lots of Japanese-style bakery breads, like curry bread and mentaiko baguette. First of all, the baguette is so nutty and crisp, like scorched rice, and the inside is chewy. It’s perfect with butter or made into a sandwich. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves baguettes! It has a different charm compared to my favorite Tapang :) I definitely want to visit the championship-winning bakeries one by one.
