1973 Coming Home, Cresson Sanatorium in Cresson, PA.

This film follows a young lady named Charlotte. She is going to live for the first time in 10 years outside the walls of the institution that where she has lived all that time. Her new home is a group home that is in a residential neighborhood that struggles with having these menially handicaped residence near their families. The name of the institution is on a plaquered on the side of the VW bus that is transporting Charlotte to her new home. That name is "Mt. Renfield State School and Hospital". This institution does not appear to exist. Maybe someone will be able to identified it by the scenes in the first few minutes of the film.
