Tips to dial in a front U Brake on a BMX bike
Tips to dial in a front 990 style U brake for a BMX bike. I forgot to mention DO NOT USE A LINEAR CABLE. Linear cables are meant for low pressure uses like derailleurs. Brakes have a high amount of pressure and the cable will compress and make the brake use diminish. Also, linear cables do not like the tight bend around the fork leg. Shorter cable, less friction. I use Odyssey Slic Cables.
