MD 160 / JIG 125 Butt & Socket Fusion Machines

Compact fusion jointing machines for pressure piping systems made of PE, PP. The light and sturdy clamping devices are assembled on the same base, which is compatible with the different tools specifically designed for MD 160 and JIG 125, suitable for direct use on the installed pipeline. MD 160 is a manually operated butt fusion machine, which can be also used on the workbench for prefabrication (also of segmented elbows, with jointing angle up to 30°) with pipes and fittings in the dimensional range d 50 – 160 mm. SG 125 is a portable socket fusion machine for pipes and fittings in the dimensional range d 63 – 125 mm. They are designed for optimized comfort in use by the operator, with focus on fast set-up and reliable operation by hand, even in narrow or difficult to reach working places. Including transport packaging (wooden box, metal case) and complete tools set.
