Cruelty - Marios Madness UST (Peta Mario Song) + FLP

FINALLY doing a Mario Madness UST song! I've been itching to do one for a while but I never got anything off the ground that I was happy with until now. This was always my favourite idea for Mario's Madness that never got in so naturally I wanted to do it some justice. (This thing is way scarier than any intentional horror anyway lol.) Not sure if anyone has made a full Peta Mario song yet, but I wouldn't be suprised if that's the case. Pretty happy with this one, I think I've started to get better at composing. Maybe I just popped off today though, or maybe it's the 1am brain. If you want to make a mod of this song or use it in a Mario Madness project, then I'm glad to say I more than encourage it! Make sure to credit me and you're golden. FLP: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YnQl... VOICES + INST: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r. The game shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution and PaRappa the Rapper and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games. The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site whose popularity peaked in the early 2000s.The game mainly revolves around the player character, Boyfriend, who must defeat a variety of characters in singing and rapping contests in order to continue dating his love interest, Girlfriend. Gameplay revolves around hitting notes with timed inputs while avoiding running out of health for the duration of the song.Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm game in which the player controls a character called Boyfriend, who must defeat a series of opponents in order to continue dating his significant other, Girlfriend. The player must pass multiple levels, referred to as "weeks" in-game, containing three songs each. Each week, the player faces a different opponent, though some deviate in structure from this via the inclusion of multiple opponents. During gameplay, the opponent will sing a pattern of notes (represented as arrows) which the player must then mirror by using the arrow keys or the W, A, S, and D keys. Some songs introduce more complicated patterns, with the player's pattern sometimes varying from the opponent's or both singers engaging in a duet. For each week, the player has the option to select one of three difficulties: Easy, Normal, or Hard. As the difficulty increases, the speed of incoming arrows increases, and the patterns of arrows become more complex. The player's high score for each week on each difficulty is tracked and shown in the top corner of the week selection screen.[1][5] The game contains two different modes of play: a story campaign in which songs are played linearly and a "free play" mode which allows for free selection of any of the game's music tracks. Mario's Madness is a mod directed by Marco Antonio. The mod is centered around Super Horror Mario, a creepy version of the original Mario, from the rather well-known artwork by Shadow-Shana on Deviantart. Included within the mod are many fan-created versions of official Nintendo content from the Super Mario Bros. franchise. Super Mario (also known as Super Mario Bros. and Mario) is a platform game series created by Nintendo starring their mascot, Mario. It is the central series of the greater Mario franchise. At least one Super Mario game has been released for every major Nintendo video game console. However, there have also been a number of Super Mario video games released on non-Nintendo gaming platforms. There are more than 20 games in the series. The Super Mario games are set primarily in the fictional Mushroom Kingdom, typically with Mario as the main player character. He is usually joined by his brother, Luigi, and often other members of the Mario cast. As platform games, they involve the player character running and jumping across platforms and atop enemies in themed levels. The games have simple plots, typically with Mario and Luigi rescuing the kidnapped Princess Peach from the primary antagonist, Bowser. The first game in the series, Super Mario Bros., released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1985, established the series' core gameplay concepts and elements. These include a multitude of power-ups and items that give the character special powers such as fireball-throwing and size-changing.
