Mirleft Morocco is a Moroccan village off the beaten path when people travel Morocco. It is a quiet city where Moroccan Villas are neighboring more traditional Moroccan houses. Mirleft beach is a popular destination within Mirleft. There is a Mirleft surf shop where you can rent surf boards and learn to surf in Morocco. Tibougraychin beach and Aftass beach are also popular places, perhaps the most beautiful is Savage beach. After our walk around the Atlantic Coast of Morocco, we take a "taxi" up to the old French fort of Mirleft. I had thought it was a Spanish fort for Moroccan colonial times, but the driver says it is of French origin. We watch the sunset from the ruined fortress and then head into the main street of Mirleft to find Moroccan food. We end up finding Moroccan fast food, and our journey is to be continued.
