SLEDGE - CS-80 Sounds
So, I've been experimenting with the Sledge and have to say that it really nails the sonic character of the Yamaha CS-80 in some key areas. Notice how I used the flanger just a bit? I chose it instead of the chorus because it's closer to the old, noisy Panasonic Chorus/Tremelo circuit in the original CS-80. This wasn't a big demo of my playing skills, rather just a demo of some sound experimentation in the CS-80 style. Enjoy! PS: All effects were internal and the synthesizer was recorded directly as is, right from the Stereo output.
