DIY 5V 18650 Li-ion UPS for Xiaomi CCTV Camera or Arduino | Does it work?

Update: A working 5V UPS module: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_A9tn87 In this video, I perform a review and test of a DIY Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) advertised as 5V 1A output for smart IP Cameras like Xiaomi 360 CCTV or Arduino or Raspberry Pi projects etc. It has an 18650 cell charger using TP4056 and a Li-ion protection circuit using DW01. The output is an independent 5 Volts boost converter circuit. However, looking at the circuit, I have doubts on the functioning of the UPS as claimed. There is no bypass circuit and the TP4056 charger is charging the cell as well as powering the boost circuit. So, please watch the video and find out my test results.
